Business Analyst, Regional Transportation Projects
Kelly® Technology is seeking 1 Business Analyst for a project going through September 2024 at a Fortune 500 client in Markham, ON. Manager needs candidates to be able to work onsite in Markham 2xs a week.

Overview
This client is an industry-leading pharmaceutical company.
Responsibilities:
Assist in project management and business process activities pertaining to the build of a transportation planning system.
Facilitate effective communication between operations and technical teams by translating business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives, constraints, and desired outcomes.
Lead change management activities by developing comprehensive change management plans and deliverables, ensuring change management plans are executed facilitating a seamless integration of new technology and business process within the organization. This includes but is not limited to: developing an end user training plan, creating process documentation, executing training for end users, creating communication bulletins and PowerPoint decks for leadership reviews, etc.
Lead the formulation and execution of robust test plans, coordinating testing activities across teams, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of system functionalities, performance benchmarks, and business requirements to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA or Master’s Degree is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years overall business experience is required, preferably with a focus in Transportation, E2E Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Information Technology or other related area required.
Proven success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with rapidly changing priorities and tight timelines is required.
Knowledge of transportation industry and business processes is highly preferred.
Past experience managing projects and system rollouts is highly preferred.
TMS (Transportation Management System), XPS, JIRA, API solutions and/or related technology experience is preferred.
Experience leading change management and/or testing activities for a business process change or system deployment preferred.
