Medical Assemblers are responsible for production, assembly and inspection of small medical devices used in surgical procedures.

What You Will Do:
Manually assemble medical devices as assigned, in a production setting
Glue and adhere very small items together with precise requirements
Meet daily quotas of assembly work ensuring completed items meet company’s high quality standards
Prepare devices for shipment to other departments and/or facilities
What You Need:
Previous experience working repetitively with very small parts (i.e. needles, wires, casings etc.)
Post secondary degree/diploma in a related field is an asset
2+ years’ experience in a medical/health care facility is a definite asset
Previous experience working in a manufacturing setting and meeting quotas is a must
Ability to follow detailed instruction and learn on the job
Previous experience using microscopes, hand soldering tools, UV lights is a definite asset
