Les Services Kelly se sont associés à une firme de service à la clientèle afin de recruter un agent à temps plein. Si vous avez de l’expérience en centre d’appel, au service à la clientèle ou en collections et vous cherchez une nouvelle opportunité, ce poste peut être pour vous.
Les responsabilités du poste :
Appeler des clients à partir d’une liste pré établie
Communiquer par téléphone avec des clients qui sont en retard sur leurs paiements et les conseiller afin qu’ils puissent maintenir une bonne cote de crédit
Effectuer la saisie de données
Mettre les dossiers des clients à jour
Modifier à la demande des clients leur informations sur leurs comptes tel que leur adresse, numéro de téléphone, adresse courriel…

Poste à temps plein à 40 heures du lundi au vendredi
Horaire flexible
Taux horaire entre $17.00 et $19.00 par heure
Structure de bonus lucratif attribué mensuellement – (commission)

Compétences de communication extraordinaires
Bilingue (français et anglais)
Connaissances en informatique; logiciel Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel de base)

Expérience requise:
Expérience en service à la clientèle
Expérience en centre d’appel (souhaité)
Expérience en recouvrement de comptes (souhaité)
Permis de recouvrement, si vous ne disposez pas un permis, l’entreprise vous payera la formation une fois engagé pour le poste

Customer Service Representative
Kelly Services has partnered with a customer service firm who is looking to hire full time permanent agents. If you have call center experience or in person customer service experience and are interested in learning about collections and account recovery, this role may be for you.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Calling customers from a pre established list
Communicating with clients over the phone when they are late on a payment to ensure that their missed payment not to negatively affect their credit
Calling clients for early-stage collections (1 missed payment recovery)
Assisting clients with changing account information such as phone number, address, or email address
Data entry
Updating client accounts to assure that the information on file is the most relevant and accurate
Position Highlights:
Full time (40 hours) Monday-Friday Work schedule
Base hourly rate of 17.00-19.00/hour
Lucrative bonus commission structure awarded monthly based on recoveries

Skills Required:
Extraordinary communication skills
Bilingual (French and English)
Computer literacy
Positive attitude / team player
Experience:
Call center experience (asset)
At least 1 year in a customer service role
Experience in collections or account recovery (asset)
Collection licence—if you do not have a licence, the company will pay for you to get your licence.
