Make Excellence and New Product Introduction (NPI) Senior Manager
This position reports into the Regional Make Excellence Lead for North America with a dotted line into the Guelph Manufacturing Plant Lead and is based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada.

What Will You Do
The Sr. Manager, Site Make Excellence Lead is a senior leader of the site responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s strategies, goals and objectives. Leads site-wide program and project management (PMO) and project portfolio management (PPM) and associated governance processes that drive continuous improvement, product insourcing, and new product introductions (NPIs). Provides leadership and guidance across all internal site functions (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver, Quality) driving End-to-End (E2E) business KPIs and connects externally to these functions within the region. Supports daily business operations and functions as the Site subject matter expert for continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies as well as driving benchmark and innovative thinking at the site. Routinely called upon to lead crisis management and hyper-care situations and function as Site Lead in their absence. Leads change management and makes decisions based on the tenets of the Kenvue Way.
