Keystone Education Inc. Looking for High School English Teacher at Richmond, BC Full Time

At Keystone Education tutorial centre, we help build important learning skills for our students and support them in building a strong foundation while providing guidance for the school curriculum. With over 26 years of service in Richmond, BC, we have built a strong sense of community and supportive education program in the lower mainland.

We are currently seeking an English teacher to teach a Grade 9 and Grade 11 class on Saturdays from 1:30pm – 5:00pm. Other time slots are based on teacher’s availabilities.

Qualification:

• High school English teaching experience
• Familiar with BC high school curriculum
• Good rapport and excellent communication skills
• Punctual, organized, and be able to multitask
• Be able to teach at most 6 students at the same grade level in a class
• BC teaching certification is a great asset

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 3-6 per week

Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We have plexiglass installed for individual desks. All staffs and students will need to wear a mask and sanitize hands when they enter the premise.

• Richmond, BC V6X 3R8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• high school English teaching: 1 year (preferred)
