Job description:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and eager individual to join our growing team.
Essential Responsibilities:
Order management and processing
Contact customers for payment and release orders
Product set-up: Upload product content/assets for e-commerce and key accounts
Related customer service
Minimum Requirements:
1-2+ years related experience or similar support/functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization, multi-tasking skills; attention to detail
Ability to self-manage multiple tasks
Process oriented with interest in continuous improvement and learning
Canadian resident
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of ERP system
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
