Position Overview
As a Travel Coordinator you will provide full administrative support to a busy construction site team from our project site office. This role is involved in arranging flights, accommodations, bus travel, etc for up to 300+ craft employees while supporting a large-scale infrastructure project.

District Overview
Kiewit’s Western Canada District is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. We primarily perform heavy civil projects specializing in earth moving, transportation, roadways, bridges, water resources, and underground utilities. We are looking for hard working individuals with a passion for construction who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty! Our current opportunities are spread across the entire west coast of Canada.
Location
This position will be based at a project site in Hope, BC. Accommodations or LOA and travel can be provided based on eligibility.
Responsibilities
Responsible to perform administrative and clerical duties with and for site management
Coordinate travel schedules and reservations
Responsible for maintaining company vehicle registrations and licenses
Assist with document development and proofreading
Maintains office operations by organizing office procedures
Controlling office correspondence including regular mail, parcel pick-up and delivery, and overnight mail service
Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of office records
Travel related invoice processing
Conference room schedule coordination
Additional administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of HR/office management or senior level administrative services experience preferred.

Supply management and inventory control
Organizational skills
Tracking budget expenses
Developing standards
Promoting process improvement
Reporting skills
Attention to detail
Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent customer service skills and attitude
Professional phone manner
