Location: 1600 Steeles Ave W, Unit 18, Concord ON, L4K4M2
Hours: This is a Relief position providing up to two 4-hour shifts of work per week; flexibility is required.
Duties and Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Greeting clients and answering/directing phone calls in the Community Mental Health Thornhill office.
Supporting clinician clinical appointments and bookings.
Managing the Visitor Registration System invites and scanning staff and clients into the office.
Managing correspondence and documentation as requested.
Managing mail and couriers.
Qualification and Skills:
High School Diploma required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office environment.
Excellent time management, prioritization, organizational and planning skills required.
Working knowledge of equipment to setup meetings.
Ability to problem solve, self-motivate and work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Understanding and capability of office administrative practices
Experience with calendar management
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook calendar, and internet.
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills.
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check (including a Vulnerable Sector Screening) and Pre-Employment Medical.
