The administrative assistant/reception will report to the Office Manager and the Director. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, and great attention to detail. The ability to work in a fast paced environment and have multiple practitioner and customer needs met at the same time is a must. This person must have the ability to take direction and follow through with tasks on a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Must have skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn new software related to the position.
Duties include answering incoming and outgoing phone calls, checking patients in and out with correct billing, assisting practitioners with anything they may need with patients and paperwork. Ensuring customer needs are met, and that administrative duties are all processed.
