Position Title: Administrative Office Assistant
Reports to: Director, People Operations
Department: Administrative Team
The Role
The Administrative Office Assistant will serve as an integral member of the Administration Department. The individual will work collaboratively with the team, and will report to the Director, People Operations.
The Administrative Office Assistant will be responsible for taking initiative and ownership in facilitating successful administrative practices for the whole firm. The individual will be reliable, organized, adaptable, positive and an enthusiastic team member who will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
