Reporting to the Legal Counsel, Compliance, responsible for support and administration of the Kinross Global Compliance Program, supporting corporate and regional compliance initiatives and other related activities.
The work is complex and requires strong business acumen, organizational knowledge (including a solid understanding of the Company’s operations and business activities) and the utmost confidentiality; industry experience is an asset. The work is performed with general authority and directly impacts the performance of the Legal and Compliance Department and the operations and processes in other areas across the organization.
Some travel (approx. 5-10% of the time) to liaise with regional and site management teams may be required, including to mine sites.
