Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with this busy Tier I/II supplier of complex Automotive systems and assemblies in their search to add the talents of a Manufacturing Manager to the organization to lead their Injection Moulding and Assembly operations. With direct leadership of the Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Maintenance departments within the Business Unit, the Manufacturing Manager will continue to drive operating efficiencies through communicative leadership, concise direction, and a strong affinity for utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques.
Our ideal candidate is an accomplished Automotive Operations leader with experiences managing Injection Moulding Production environments. You will display strong organizational skills alongside a highly communicative leadership style. You will also be experienced with the utilization and deployment of progressive Lean tools and techniques.
