Job Description
Klick Health is in pursuit of a Client Serivce Lead for our client services team. This seasoned professional will be spearheading a team of client service experts, as well as orchestrating the management of a diverse portfolio of accounts and brands.
In this elevated role, you will be at the helm of cultivating and nurturing senior-level client relationships. Demonstrating a knack for identifying untapped client opportunities and offering strategic counsel, you will be responsible for fostering the organic growth of these accounts. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our continued excellence in client service and strategic partnerships.
We believe in autonomy, meaning you’ll be running your own business and responsible for your team, which is why we need someone who is a disciplined, self-starter with the ability to work independently. The appropriate candidate for this role should be comfortable taking educated risks and confident in their ability to make decisions. To do so, we will give you the tools you need to succeed and work collaboratively with you to ensure your strengths are optimized. You’ll have an amazing support system working with you and standing beside you at all times.
