Responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of products
Majority of travel within the province of Saskatchewan with occasional out-of-province travel required
Haul trucks with various types of trailers including Step Deck, Float and Jeep
Safely haul and have a fleet equipment of directional drills, trenchers, backhoes, cable stringing equipment, diggers, bucket trucks.
Perform daily pre-trip and truck/trailer inspections
Maintain accurate logbooks
Responsible for cleaning, inspecting, light maintenance and lubrication of truck and trailer to ensure maximum reliability
When not on the road, required to assist in the Fleet Shop with general duties
Observe strict compliance to all policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Experience & Education
A minimum of 3 years’ experience hauling equipment and driving Semi-Trucks
Valid Class 1A Driver’s License – Driver’s Abstract will be requested
High School Diploma required
Working with pintle hitch trailers, fifth wheel step decks, detachable neck double drop, winch tractor with scissor neck an asset

Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills as it relates to trucks and equipment
Ability to work multiple shifts, including weekends and overnight stays when needed
