Large residential construction builder requires the services of a Customer Service Manager.
As a member of the warranty department, the Customer Service Manager’s core responsibilities will encompass managing all aspects of the builder warranty program which follow the guidelines of Tarion. This position will provide managerial leadership of all warranty activities to ensure the highest quality service is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Staffing the department with competent individuals.
Create and adhere to warranty budgets.
Continuously evaluate subcontractors and building products for quality.
Communicate with C.O.O. on major issues and potential problems.
Reinforce builder safety policies.
Communicate with construction and sales on relevant issues.
Provide direction and guidance to employees.
Provide continuous positive reinforcement and feedback to department.
Ensure superior customer satisfaction to create referrals.
Ensure quality of homes meets builder standards.
Knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:
Thorough knowledge of Tarion warranty coverage.
Construction knowledge an asset.
Verbal and written communication.
Proven organizational skills.
Time management skills.
Excellent customer service.
Communicate well with homebuyers.
Professional dealings with customers.
3-5years in a similar role with another residential builder.
