Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Saskatoon, SK. As a Parts Counter Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance to our customers while identifying and recommending high quality heavy equipment parts and solutions. You will be working closely with our service department and support our team to ensure timely and accurate parts packaging and documentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales or customer service for heavy equipment or related industry
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Ability to use electronic parts systems and data management tools and basic computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Post-secondary education in business or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience in heavy equipment parts and service.
