Kortext – Business Analyst

Our Role
Working alongside our product managers, designers, and engineering stakeholders, you’ll be confident in understanding, documenting and articulating detailed requirements, assessing the impact of changes on the business and end users whilst understanding the wider business challenges, interdependencies and conflicts. You’ll gain knowledge through research, process mapping, data collection and analysis, as well as requirements gathering to define appropriate solutions.
You’ll join a team that supports the analysis, identification, and implementation of system improvements, acting as a catalyst for change across the organisation, meaning your work here has the potential to have a massive impact on the business in a relatively short space of time.
The responsibilities of this post will include, but not be limited to, the following:
· Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering teams to perform requirements elicitation techniques to gather information from the project stakeholders and properly document business and solution requirements and other pertinent documents.
· Plan and facilitate project requirements meeting and collaborate with the product and delivery team for their identified projects.
· Conduct research, generating detailed product requirements and users stories with acceptance criteria, determining specifications, gap analysis, competitive analysis, outline business rules & roadmaps to move from current to desired state and provide business perspective to design process.
· Participate in developing and prioritizing user stories in sprints, sprint planning sessions and reviews, support QA team to capture acceptance test cases.
· Facilitate communications on process changes, enhancements, and modifications to ensure issues and solutions are agreed to and understood.
· Ability to negotiate the requirements amongst multiple stakeholders, ensuring the deliverables at the end of each iteration meet the sprint goal for high customer satisfaction.
· Create conceptual mockups as needed that represents the application workflows using tools like Lucid Chart and Figma.
