We’re looking for you to join our team as a Senior National Campus Recruitment and Early Talent Manager from anywhere across Canada!
As the Manager, you’ll be providing strategic direction and implementing unique and effective talent strategies. Furthermore, you’ll be leading the campus recruiting strategy for all internships, co-ops, and entry level new graduate opportunities and programs. To help enable you to do this, you’ll be collaborating with our ID&E Talent Attraction Team to maintain national talent processes including inclusive job postings, interview guides, unconscious bias training sessions, and candidate evaluation processes to ensure hiring decisions are grounded in evidence.
