We’re looking for you to join our team as a Support Analyst from a variety of different locations across Canada!
As the Analyst, you’ll be providing virtual IT support for our One Port Tax application based on telephone, chat, and self-serve requests received from end users. If needed, you’ll also be responsible to escalate requests to our Ignition Tax team and provide after hours or weekend support.

REQUIREMENTS
- Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit’
- Strong oral/written communication skills
- Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in IT or a relayed field, or currently working towards post-secondary diploma, degree, or certification
- Able to troubleshoot requests in a timely manner
- Strong soft skills
