Reporting to the Manager, Talent Development, the Senior, Organizational Consultant provides leadership in designing and delivering talent processes and programs that add value by building workforce competency through fostering employee empowerment, growth and retention and staying committed to K+S Potash Canada’s key business drivers. The preferred location of this position is Bethune mine (Regina or Moose Jaw) or Saskatoon however, this position could work remotely within Canada. Flexible work arrangement will be considered.
