- 1 week in office training period (located in Aurora, ON)
What would your day look like as a call center associate with KTI?
- Answer incoming calls and making outbound calls to provide assistance to callers
- Book appointments on behalf of homeowners for our infield technicians
- Call Centre Hours of Operation: 8am-8pm M-F, Saturdays 9am-4pm (rotational shifts)
Who is our ideal candidate?
- Post secondary degree with over 1 year of call center experience
- A people-person who likes interacting with others
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Someone who is upbeat and positive
- Someone who can work independently
What would take your candidacy to the next level?
- Fully bilingual (English/French)
- Extensive call center experience
- Comfortable with MS Windows, and MS Office capabilities (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Previous experience in the utilities industry
