We are looking to hire an Employee Communications and Branding Manager for our office located in Mississauga , Canada. Fluency in written and verbal French language is a necessary requirement for this role.
Your Role
As Manager of Employee Communications and Branding, you will develop a comprehensive and streamlined employee communication and employer branding strategy in partnership with HR leadership. You will help build a better employee experience by delivering clear messaging aligned with the Kuehne+Nagel strategy and corporate brand. You will report to the National Human Resource Manager for Canada.
Your Responsibilities
Develop the employee communication strategy from a company and employee perspective with a direct focus on the employee experience, clarity, consistency, branding, effectiveness and innovation.
Maintain annual content calendar and planning of deliverables.
Lead town hall production and special town hall events for all employees, including development of content and presentation materials.
Partner with the HR team to provide strategic counsel and support on projects from a communication perspective surrounding benefits, wellness, development programs, organizational and cultural transformation, and HR policies.
Lead our employer branding strategy and projects including external partnerships; Create content, maintain and improve all communication channels for HR.
Serve as a strategic partner to local HR Leadership; lead content creation , manage the newsletters, and other internal communication initiatives.
Ensure delivery of corporate announcements; Serve as a collaborative partner with NAM regional communications team to align and develop a consistent KN narrative.
Create digital informative, comprehensive & interactive communication platforms.

Your Skills and Experiences
BA/MA/MBA in a field of marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related field;
6+ year’s communications, marketing, or related business experience in an international matrixed / business environment;
Strong content creator: excellent messaging and copywriting/editorial skills as well as visual content creation and experience of using digital engagement platforms (Office 365, MyKN, Zoom, etc.)
Strong project management and analytical skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously;Innovative mindset and driven by curiosity
Fluency in written and verbal French & English language is a must.
