ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Experienced leader in the field of Electronics Engineering for Marine and Power Plant Systems, Reliability and Failure Modes Analysis, and Power Plant Simulation hardware engineering.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Technical expertise in the following fields:
-
MAPPS existing electronic products (VME, Datapath, SSCI)
-
Reliability and failure modes and effect analysis
-
Hardware Engineering of Power Plant Simulators
-
Experienced leadership in electronics engineering group;
-
Estimating costs for new projects and schedules;
-
Preparation of proposals;
-
Resource planning, job interviews, hiring, on-boarding;
-
Customer interaction (meetings, presentations);
-
Training responsibilities (internal and external);
-
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with strong electronics background;
-
Capable of managing a team to deliver results and meeting defined objectives;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
-
Bilingual French and English.
