La Unique Laser Centre is looking for a full-time, committed long-term receptionist, currently not in school. Female receptionist is preferred as majority of clients are female who prefer speaking about treatments with a female receptionist.
- Experience: We are looking for a mature and experienced receptionist that has conflict resolution skills with 5+ years of experience working in the customer service field
Receptionist Job Purpose: Welcome clients/visitors by greeting them, and checking them in for their appointments, maintain booking schedule and telecommunication systems.
Receptionist Job Duties:
– Maintain booking and scheduling.
– Maintain telecommunications system by answering calls and making calls to clients.
– Maintain safe and clean reception area.
– Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 10am to 7pm
Friday: 10am to 6pm
