This person is responsible for ensuring front desk telephone, customer service and administration duties are conducted in a pleasant, accurate and efficient manner. Able to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
Greet customers and guests at the Reception desk and handle inquiries as necessary
Process customer payments according to the company finance and payment policies, ensuring product is fully paid for before being picked up and a deposit remains on the customer account for a partial pick up
Ensure the appropriate processing of transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures
The reception team often acts as the first point of contact for our customer care department dealing with customer issues and recording the details in order to ensure an effective response from the service team
