Wholesale Parts Representative.
Lacombe Ford has an exciting career opportunity for a Parts Outside Sales Representative to start immediately. We are seeking an outgoing, ambitious, and professional salesperson who is passionate about customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships with our valued clients. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll provide industry-leading service to both new and existing customers.
Lacombe Ford is recognized as a Certified Parts Wholesaling Dealer with Ford of Canada, and our thriving Wholesale Parts Business is poised for further growth.
Automotive industry experience in parts and service or sales is required. We need someone who is extremely organized, with exceptional verbal and electronic communication skills, and who can think creatively to generate new sales opportunities. Experience with a Parts and Service DMS is considered an asset. The successful candidate will need to work with spreadsheets, complete sales reports, and manage online ordering programs for our customers. Applicants must be able to lift up to 25 kg and will be required to provide a driver’s abstract for review before hiring. The job duties include a regular weekday shift plus an occasional rotating Saturday shift.
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including salary and commission, team performance incentives, a solid benefits package, and an available pension plan. Annual pay is expected to be between $55,000-$65,000, but can easily exceed that with strong sales performance by a motivated salesperson.
