Overview:
Hub City Paving is a division of Lafarge Canada Inc. is currently looking for people to join our team for Asphalt Paving Crew. Scope of work will be in our asphalt division. Successful candidates should be hardworking, self- motivated and enthusiastic team players, willing and ready to work with all personalities.

Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment. Safely operate a variety of tools & equipment upon competency.
- Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
- Must have a positive attitude and work ethic. Able to work independently or as an active member of a team, good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all work complies with Safety and Environment issues with Safety being a priority
- Maintain company image
- Ability to adhere to company policies and safety practices
- Have extensive knowledge of paving practices and procedures and overall construction practices
- Proficient and competent in heavy construction equipment
Qualifications:

- Must have a valid driver license.
- Workers must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work in all weather
- Willingness to learn
- Work overtime as required.
