• Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Accounts Payable Specialist
• Payroll Specialist

• Intermediate Accountants

Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely collections.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Prepare and send customer statements, invoices, and reminders.

Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor interactions and payment history.

Payroll Specialist

• Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.

Accounting Clerks

• Support the finance team with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
• Contribute to maintaining organized and efficient financial records.

Intermediate Accountants

• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Collaborate with senior accountants on complex accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• years of relevant experience in the respective field.
• Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and general ledger reconciliations highly preferred
• Experience with computerized accounting programs e.g. AccPac, Dynamics-Great Plains, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage and other ERP Systems
• Candidates must have Canadian work experience
• Preferred applicants must be residents of Winnipeg
