Post-secondary education (college or university level) is required. No exceptions. Fluent in English, verbal and written. Work schedule hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern time zone.Flexible shifts are available.
Strong PC skills with experience using Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.Data entry (from claim forms to claims payment system – Navigator).
Prefer candidates that have a familiarity with medical terminology.
Candidate must have great attention to detail and comfortable with data entry work.

This role provides administrative support to the National Group Disability organization and works closely with both our internal and external customers, including Case Managers, Associate Managers, DA and SDA colleagues, Specialists, Medical Consultants, Lawyers, Plan Sponsors, and Plan Members.
