LanceSoft, Inc. Looking for Product Owner at Toronto, Ontario, Canada Full Time

Location Address: 4 King Street W 15th Floor hybrid min. 1 day/week onsite

Contract Duration: ASAP to 10/30/2024

Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (Possible OT)

Candidate Value Proposition:

The successful candidate will have exposure to multiple levels of stakeholders across multiple lines of business within client wealth via a fast-paced environment, providing an opportunity to lead workstream. Highly visible project within the bank.

Typical Day in Role:

• Work with Client and developers providing guidance on business requirements
• Making design decisions where applicable and escalating when warranted
• Running demo sessions to end users, operational partners and stakeholders
• Create/groom functional backlogs
• Develop and demonstrate functional user journey maps
• Provide guidance and validation on end to end user flows for QA testing
• Drafting high level requirement documents

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner (journey mapping, etc.)

2) 5+ years of experience within Canadian Wealth (ideally brokerage background)

3) 5+ years of experience with Wealth Trading (equity, fixed income, etc.), Performance (rate of returns, etc.), or Risk Modelling (within Wealth)

4) 3+ years of experience in Leadership and Communication skills (liaise between business and tech)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Charles River
• Client back-office book of record
• CRM2
• Agile methodology
