We are looking for a hands-on Technical Recruiter who will assist in the administration, motivation and engagement of employees across the organization.
The Team
We work for musicians. Everything we do has a common goal – to create experiences that delight and engage our audience of over 3 million music creators. Our approach to building is empathetic, holistic, and data-driven. We test everything. We get feedback from our community and build real, useful things with what we learn. Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, assess the candidate-market, and develop recruiting strategies.
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process including headhunting candidates for open positions through LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Proactively develop a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs;
- Promote the LANDR employee brand by attending career fairs and networking events
- Establish strategic recruitment plans
- Monitor and analyse recruitment indicators and develop action plans to improve service efficiency and the quality of recruited candidates
- Ensure the follow-up of candidates as well as the updating of files
Qualifications:
- Two years of relevant experience in a recruitment role;
- Experience with social networks such as LinkedIn for headhunting;
- Previous experience with an HRIS (we use Bamboo)
- Strong ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, self-starter with excellent judgement.
- Highly collaborative, organised and detail-oriented.
- Bilingual in French and English
