Lange Looking for Customer Service at Etobicoke, ON Full Time

Lange is a transportation and warehouse operation that has been providing services for over 30 years in Canada and the United States. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The right candidate will have strong computer and excellent oral and written communication skills. This is an opportunity for the right individual to join an industry leading organization with a history of promoting from within.

The ideal candidate is comfortable:

• responding to customer enquiries and providing estimates by telephone and email

• working in an office environment

• has strong organizational skills.

• learning quickly and can handle multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment.

• using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel proficiently.

• speaking, reading, writing in English (French would be an asset)

The candidate will expect to perform the following:

• enter detailed sales orders into the UFOS system (knowledge of UFOS would be an asset)

• complete orders in system and email invoices to customers

• use Adobe Acrobat to edit and create order forms

• daily tracking of inbound and outbound storage on Excel spreadsheets

• respond to customer enquires and make sales calls to existing and new clients

• maintain an existing customer database and develop new accounts

• develop estimates and sales proposals

• ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships

• occasionally participate on-site at events (trade and consumer shows in the GTA)

This position is Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekend and evening work required.

Salary: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
