OVERVIEW

Lauren Services is looking for a Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified staff.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing and updating job descriptions.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss current and future hiring needs.
  • Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (professional platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, contacting other recruiters, attend networking events, seek referrals, etc)
  • Participate in job fairs, institutional events and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Evaluates applicants and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Interviews applicants with hiring managers; analyzes responses; verifies references; compares qualifications to job requirements.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing advantages and perks.
  • Participates in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Works with HR Manager & team to provide support for onboarding/ offboarding, performance reviews, training and development.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources
  • 5-7 years experience with full-cycle high-volume recruitment
  • Familiarity with ATS (Bamboo), Indeed, and LinkedIn recruitment
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Recruitment within the engineering industry preferred
  • Motivated individual with a willingness to learn
  • Sound judgment and a can-do attitude
