We have a unique opportunity for a Canadian-based recruitment specialist to join our amazing team and play an integral role in expanding our clinical services across the United States.

We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Advisor who will source, attract and close top Nurse Practitioner candidates in the healthcare industry. Hours, Location and Benefits:

40 hours per week, 9am to 5pm MST; Virtual, remote work position, preferably based in Calgary, Alberta. Competitive compensation based on experience and full benefits package covered by the company.

The Responsibilities:

• Provides strategic proactive sourcing, selection and recruiting services for Nurse Practitioners
• Takes ownership of full-cycle recruitment including creating attractive job postings, completing high-volume resume screening, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, checking references and supporting offer negotiations with top Nurse Practitioner candidates
• Maintains and updates the Applicant Tracking System
• Continuously improves the company’s recruiting processes by creating and implementing new and effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified Nurse Practitioners
• Will Develop and implement a new screening and background check process
• Partners with members of leadership to understand talent and workforce needs and develop/execute sourcing strategies accordingly
• Drives recruitment strategies based on market conditions and hiring trends, anticipating seasonal periods of low candidate volume, and maintaining a steady pipeline of candidates
• Tracks recruiting metrics on a weekly and monthly basis and ensures that our monthly hiring goals are being met
• Attends team meetings to share learnings and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Manages the company’s LinkedIn account to locate and attract top talent
• Supports Lavender’s mindset of building a diverse and inclusive workforce

The candidate:

• Completion of post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting
• Knowledge of recruiting and market conditions in the healthcare industry
• Proven track record handling a large volume of recruitment initiatives at the same time
• A high level of discretion and confidentiality when managing sensitive information
• GSuite knowledge
• Curious, hungry and resourceful, comes to the table with solutions, not problems
• Closes the loop on things when they are completed
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills
• Work in a very fast paced environment, at times under pressure
• A sincere commitment to providing excellent service to candidates, and an ability to establish and develop long term relationships;
• A kind, friendly and upbeat personality
• Must have your own computer, high speed internet and a quiet, professional space to work from home.

Pay: $57,000.00-$73,000.00 per year
