About the position:
As our Chief Revenue Officer, you will achieve our growth targets by increasing and generating new paths to revenue. This is a high impactful role for someone who describes themselves to be a visionary, data-obsessed, and relentless to succeed. You are passionate about building, leading and executing. Ambiguity doesn’t scare you! You will collaborate with multiple departments to identify revenue generating opportunities. In addition, you will build out a world-class professional services department along with a sales team.
Nuts & Bolts:

Other responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various departments (i.e, sales, marketing, delivery, and product) to identify opportunities to generate and increase revenue.
- Develop financial strategies, both short-term and long-term to increase revenue and reduce expenses.
- Attend conferences to seek business opportunities and have a strong pulse on the market to better lead departments (some travel required).
- Be aligned with the company’s vision, purpose and core values.
- Attend meetings with board of directors and investors to report growth progress/plans.
- Be knowledgeable in market trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Foster an environment of level-ing up by identifying training and development needs for the team, ensuring best-in-class product and delivery and inspiring and motivating people to do their best.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to our sales team to meet department KPIs and individual targets.
- Identify micro-markets and create specific products targeting those markets.
- Create a pricing strategy to target those micro-markets and obtain maximum returns
- Monitor all revenue streams and adjust as necessary.
- Forecast revenue generation and the strategies required and planning accordingly.
- Manage all revenue channel development and introduce new sales channels and partners.
- Create and lead an industry Growth Advisory Board made up of industry leaders to help new customer acquisition and get closer to our customers.
Qualifications:
Must-haves:
- 10+ years of demonstrated enterprise B2B SaaS experience in building, leading and executing on multi-year revenue growth exceeding $20 million.
- You have done it before being part of an environment that has experienced explosive growth.
- Ideally, you come from a background in financial services or insurance.
- You have top-notch relationship building and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Prior experience securing and managing contract values $50K to $5M.
- Exceptional leadership skills and management experience, demonstrated through building teams and implementing exemplary processes.
- You are a tenacious problem-solver; no task is too big or too small.
- Strong ability to influence and inspire.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable in a “Player / Coach” role as you gain success and build up your team.

Compensation & Benefits:
Negotiable –Starting at $160,000 + OTE CAD
