Do you like a fast-paced environment? Are you a team-player? Do you like making a difference? We are looking for 2 part-time Receptionists to join our team and this role may be perfect for you.
Reporting to the Office Manager, as part of our Finance & Administrative Team you will perform an array of clerical and reception duties. You will play a critical role in handling inbound and outbound calls and being the first point of contact for our clients.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
1 year of direct work experience in a receptionist capacity
Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent organizational skills
Keen attention to details
Able to write simple correspondence, including memos, letters, etc.
Adjusts and is flexible to meet changing work needs and demands
Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering, as well as inventory control of these items
Outstanding teamwork skills
