We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support the Asset Management Department in the Store Development and Real Estate Division. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Senior Director and the Facilities and Property Management team overseeing the real estate operations of the LCBO network. The role ensures and undertakes the ongoing centralization of data and documents, tracking of facilities programs, creation of work orders and subsequent invoicing while further departmental needs are met through preparation of budgets, meeting co-ordination, travel arrangements and creation of presentations.
The self-motivated Assistant will demonstrate professionalism, integrity and the ability to balance competing priorities. Having the ability to see the bigger picture and anticipate needs, you are an agile, high performing individual that is able to interact with stakeholders from all levels within an organization with confidence. You take an innovative approach to problem solving and are self-motivated. You will use your strong initiative, creative thinking and problem-solving skills to support a collaborative team in a constantly changing environment to prioritize and meet business objectives. If you possess superior organization and analytical skills and are passionate about anticipating the needs of the team and preparing them for success, then this is the role for you.
