Responsibilities

• Schedule Management: Organize and manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and business trips while optimizing their schedule;
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal and external parties. Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring clear and professional communication;
• Document Preparation: Write, review, and format documents such as reports, presentations, memos, and other professional documents. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information;
• Event Organization: Coordinate and organize internal and external events, including meetings, seminars, and business lunches;
• Travel Management: Organize business travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring executive efficiency and comfort;
• Expense Management: Track and manage business expenses, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company policies;
• Research and monitoring: Conduct research on specific topics, compile information, and prepare reports to support executive decision-making;
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure effective coordination of tasks and projects.

Qualifications Requises

Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) with an appropriate option or a

Secondary School Diploma (SSD) or a diploma or attestation of studies whose equivalence is

recognized by the competent authority.

Personal And Professional Skills

• Previous experience as a personal administrative or executive assistant;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in computer tools and productivity software;
• Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail;
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
