Job Summary:
You are a Journeyperson Carpenter with experience on heavy civil projects. You will be an integral part of the Ledcor team working on a heavy haul bridge construction. For you, safety and quality are a priority and you are proud of your work at the end of each day.

Essential Responsibilities:
Comprehend blueprint readings to prepare layouts including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work, and measuring and marking materials to avoid costly mistakes or omissions
Understand industrial concrete forming and engineered forming systems to accurately build concrete forms, scaffolding, bridges, trestles, tunnels, shelters, towers, and other structures
Check completed units to be sure they are level, square, plumb, and the right size, shape, and location
Qualifications:
Must have a Journeyperson Carpenter Ticket from a recognized provincial training authority
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driver’s abstract
Must possess a valid form of government issued photo identification
Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol testing
Work Conditions
14/7 shift schedule, working 11 hours per day
Camp based accommodation
Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
