Reporting to the VP Finance, perform a wide variety of responsible clerical, technical, administrative and office support duties in support of the finance department
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Prepare & process weekly payroll.
– Process ROE’s as required.
– Ensure vacation/time banks are accurately recorded.
– Year end T4 & RL1 preparation & review.
– Track employee time – attendance, absences and vacation requests.
– Assist finance department, Accounts Receivable, Inventory.
– Perform other duties as required.
The ideal candidate would have the following assets:
– 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
– Excellent English and French communication skills – both verbal and written.
– Knowledge of Ceridian / PowerPay would be an asset.
– Proficient computer skills – Excel, Word.,
– Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
– Knowledge of Quebec labor laws.
– Experience with HR duties.
– Experience with CNESST

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kirkland, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
