In this role, some of what you will be doing is to:
- Coordinate with other Managers to inspect all trade-ins in accordance with company policy
- Research and source new and innovative parts or accessories to maximize and grow our retail parts store sales; review and evaluate those that are found by the Store Manager.
- Develop an annual profitable budget for the department that is aligned with the company plan and direction
- Determine Departmental needs in regards to staffing and scheduling
- Monitor the key vital signs of the business and adjust as needed to achieve the full year plan and budget (profitability, expenses, inventory levels, seasonal trends, staffing needs, pipe-line of business, marketing needs, NPS, etc.)
- Identify Key Performance Indicators by reviewing reports consistently
- Perform regularly scheduled employee assessments with all team members
- Analyze statistics to identify areas of opportunity within the department
- Follow all company policies, systems and training to utilize company systems and tools to efficiently run the parts and service department, track all transactions and schedule all service ERP’s.
- Monitor and maintain inventory control by performing quarterly and annual physical inventory counts and reports
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 based on sales, profitability and customer satisfaction performance incentives
