Leggett & Platt Inc. is seeking a Controller to join our automotive team in Lakeshore, Ontario. As a global leader in the design and manufacturing of seating support and comfort systems for the transportation and automotive industries, we are dedicated to providing quality products to enhance people’s daily lives.
We are a multi-billion-dollar globally diversified company that designs and manufactures various engineered components and products. Our growing automotive business unit, which exceeds one billion dollars in sales, is comprised of four main product segments with operations on three continents. Our customers include OEM and Tier 1 automotive companies.
As a Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the branch financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will be a vital part of the senior management team and will work directly with the Branch Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in “what if” business analyses, related to a full cycle manufacturing operation, as well as a detailed understanding of overhead, labor, and manufacturing variance analyses.
