What You Will Accomplish With Us
- Assume responsibility for the collection of accounts receivable from businesses;
- Maintain good client relations with courteous and tactful communication, in order to persuade the client that the debt is payable and due with confirmed scheduled collection dates;
- Communicate with clients and their representatives in order to determine the causes of non-payment and to find a solution for settling cases of late payment;
- Communicate with clients for payments received without remittance advice to ensure correct application of payments to the account;
- Ensure constant follow-up and effectively resolve any disputes or conflicts;
- Monitor payment deadlines, make the necessary payment arrangements to settle the case amicably in order to minimize accounts in arrears and bad debts;
- Update the collection module (AR aging, procedure follow-ups) and be constantly on the lookout to develop systems’ technical knowledge;
- Be the point of contact for all questions from the businesses and respond as quickly as possible;
- Follow up with business representatives on a weekly basis to resolve outstanding items and report progress to the applicable project manager;
- Work in collaboration with project managers to improve client relations to anticipate or quickly resolve issues;
- Make deposits at the bank.
