WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
This National Account Associate interacts with existing customers to increase sales of products & services with a general focus on Lennox National Accounts.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Partners closely with cross functional departments to ensure high level customer service & growth.
Ensure successful inventory management through audit consignment, placing orders, reviewing inventory mix and communicating with customers.
Coordinates returns, warranties, labor claims, and concealed damage claims.
Monitors customer satisfaction by ensuring proper resources are being deployed.
Coordinate and host new center onboarding, as well as provide technical, sales, operations and administrative support.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Requires at least a College Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Requires at least 2 years related experience.
Agile learner
Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Effective at written and verbal communication.
Intermediate industry and product knowledge preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
