INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and communication skills
Self-motivated
Experience in customer service and sales
Bilingual English/French an asset
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer questions about product
Provide guidance on service-related issues
Search the website for measurements, package SKUs and other product information
Explain and sell extended warranties
Support multiple customers simultaneously
REQUIREMENTS:
