IMMEDIATE INTERIM OPPORTUNITY
Interim Director People & Culture
Reports to: Vice President, People & Culture
Duration: 9-12 months
Location: GTA Urban
Part-time 3 days/week in office
Our client, a reputable real estate company in North America, is looking for an interim Director People & Culture to join their dynamic team and help them transition this period of change. Acting in a Human Resources Business Partner capacity, the chosen candidate will be responsible for implementing, leading, and managing all HR initiatives across their growing divisions. This role will advise and execute the full spectrum of HR strategies and programs to enable the business to achieve its goals, while being integral member of the broader HR Team.
