Liberty Development Corporation located in Markham, is a leading Real Estate Developer of high-density mixed use development projects across the Greater Toronto Area. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Manager to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management and administration of customer care matters from purchase to end of Tarion warranty period
- Responding to all customer inquiries or concerns
- Overseeing the department operation
- Communicate proactively with development / construction teams to respond to customer complaints, potential issues, and execution of warranty repairs
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience with GTA high-rise construction and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player and willingness to learn
