Purpose
The senior Enterprise Cybersecurity Portfolio Manager will lead and influence the strategy and execution of high-impact programs, crucial for advancing our organization’s commitment to enhancing Cybersecurity maturity. This role will contribute to the strategic direction of the portfolio, as well as delivery of security programs for regional Liberty entities, and subsidiaries. Leading execution of the cybersecurity program, you will work with technology teams, internal and external partners, communicating progress across levels up to senior leadership teams. You will consider fluctuating requirements, optimizing processes and capabilities to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness.

Accountabilities
Influence and support the definition of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures that address industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Manage the cybersecurity project portfolio, interdependencies, risk-based prioritization, ensuring the success of initiatives
Steward the cybersecurity project lifecycle, from initiation to close, including administering budgets, mitigating risks, and managing changes impacting the program.
Identify, develop, and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies and plans, facilitating open communication and ensuring effective business decision-making processes.
Support activities required for the realization of the benefits of each part of the program, to achieve committed business outcomes through established scorecard metrics/KPIs
Conduct financial planning for a three-year $125M program, managing performance and addressing variances.
Ensure execution of cybersecurity program supports the regulatory requirements in partnership with regulatory teams.
Provide effective leadership championing implementation and adoption of disciplined project delivery methods, tools, change control and risk management
Building and managing a high performing team of 10 resources, inclusive of managing work assignments while providing direction, coaching and guidance.
Conduct business process improvements, design business processes to identify alternative solutions, and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Consult with external auditors to facilitate the auditing process, design audit programs to ensure ongoing evaluation and validation of IT control effectiveness.
Apply COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST RMF frameworks to documentation and remediation efforts.
The amount of travel may vary up to 25% depending on program requirements
Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and workflows for transition and international acquisitions.
Develop cybersecurity strategies with subsidiary organizations to ensure alignment with greater Enterprise Cybersecurity strategy and program
Manage the cybersecurity program for Customer First ensuring that the activities performed within Customer First align with the Enterprise Cybersecurity Strategy
Support compliance to all internal IT Security/cyber policies
Support the evaluate/assess compliance with all regulatory standards/policies
Education and Experience
Proven experience delivering cyber security transformations with contributions across people, process, technology, and cultural elements
Cyber security project delivery within the regulated utilities vertical, critical infrastructure or Public-Sector would be a distinct advantage
Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity policies, standards, regulations, and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent interpersonal, team and organization skills
Ability to identify and mitigate risks, make strategic decisions, and influence strategy, preferably in an enterprise setting
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong financial and business acumen defining scorecard measures to drive results, sharp analytical, creative problem-solving and change management skills
Applied knowledge of COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST RMF frameworks
Exceptional stakeholder management and storytelling skills and ability to create compelling presentations
Experience standing up enterprise level Cyber Security capabilities together with delivery of initiatives through a mix of methodologies e.g., Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid considered a differentiator. • Travel will be required for the purpose of meeting with customers, consultants, stakeholders, and IT personnel or management.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing IT projects, business projects, and enterprise programs.
Experience managing, implementing, and successfully executing complex technology or program rollouts and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams and regions.
Program Management Professional (PMP or PgMP)®credentials is an asset
