Responsibilities

• Assess risk and severity of mental health disorders
• Contact clientele via web conferencing to perform full assessments to understand their health condition and the factors that support or inhibit recovery 
• Provide any of the following interventions: more in-depth assessment, medical management interventions, utilization of specialized resources or consultations etc. if required.
• Provide quality clinical services and adhere to our culture of continuous improvement of skills.
• Attend occasional team network meetings and training.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons in the province in which you are registered
• Expertise and assessment of individuals in a range of evidence-based modalities
• Proven experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of clients with moderate to severe mental health disorders
• Advanced skills in the development and documentation of specific interventions, as well as, evaluating service outcomes for individuals with complex co morbidities
• Excellent computer skills (ability to work with web-based video conferencing)
• Willingness to participate in a criminal reference screening process
• CMPA membership and/or equivalent is required
• Bilingual – English and French
