Our client, a Fortune 500 company and member of the S&P 500 Index, is a leading multi-brand provider of information technology solutions to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

This role is open to applicants in both United States and Canada as it will be fully remote.

Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce CPQ / PSA

Responsibilities:

• Documenting business processes, workflows, and requirements.
• Assist in designing solutions for stakeholders based on Salesforce capabilities, including mockups or process flows if needed.
• Lead conversations with stakeholders for discovery and design with a range of topics including user journeys, security requirements, and exception processes.
• Work to dissect complex problems & identify patterns.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Professional Services, Managed Services or Reseller business models.
• Understanding of Salesforce objects, permissions, and processes.
• Understanding of Persona-based user experiences.
• Experience in testing and mapping various business processes and protocols.
• Experience using Salesforce CPQ or Certinia PSA.
• Skilled at writing and grooming user stories.
• Capable of performing unit testing for acceptance criteria.
• Experienced in writing test scripts and executing them if needed.
• Proficient in creating training documentation and conducting training sessions or demos as required.
